Venezia!

Hi Friends! Sorry it took so long for an update, our access to internet here is pretty spotty and since we are on the hotels website, no way to post photos now but just wanted to let you all know that we made it safe and sound to our first stop in Venice. Its been amazing - Venice is more than you can imagine, the charm and quaintness of this canal city is like walking in a dream. Matt and I have been walking around with mouths gaped open, eyes roaming in every direction, speechless at this storybook town; Venice gives alley ways a good name. We have visited the Doges Palace, wandered around the endless streets, and am planning on visiting St. Marks Basilica today. Will try to post pics soon. We leave tomorrow for the Amalfi Coast for a few days. Love you all!

And We're Off!

So in just a few short hours we will be heading off to the charmingly boot-shaped country of Italy. Shortly after we married Matt asked me, "What are some of your life dreams?" One of them was to travel and after much talking and planning, we can't believe that we're finally here, about to embark on a 3 week adventure to Italy. Thanks to my Hunny who took my words to heart, taking a hypothetical dream and making it come true. Mattie planned this entire trip and for that, I am so thankful. Will try to keep you all posted as much as possible - Ciao!
